Comparison pages written by vendors tend to rank themselves first. This one is organised around facts you can check yourself: NABH’s public directory of certified software, the NHA’s approved-integrator list, the prices vendors list on marketplaces, and review counts on the sites buyers use. How to read this table
NABH product certification is binary and public: a vendor either has a certificate ID in NABH’s directory or does not. "NABH-ready" and "NABH-compliant" are design claims, not certification. ABDM status should be checked on the NHA production-approved list for the exact product. Prices are listed figures, not negotiated ones. Review counts are a rough measure of how many customers have said anything in public, not of quality.

What the table tells a buyer
- Only a handful of vendors hold NABH product certificates, and the certified ones are not the cheapest. Decide whether certification itself is a requirement for your hospital or whether NABH-ready capability is enough for your accreditation plan.
- Several widely used vendors write "NABH" without a certificate. That is not disqualifying, but it tells you to ask what the word means in their case.
- Published prices are rare. Insta’s per-user pricing and the Techjockey and IndiaMART listings are the only public anchors; use them to sanity-check quotes.
- Review counts are low across the whole market. Twenty verified reviews is a lot in this category, so weight named references and a demo on your own workflow more than star ratings.
Where MedCore HMS wins, and where it does not

Which hospital management software in India is NABH-certified?
As of October 2026, NABH’s directory lists about twenty certified products, including MocDoc, KareXpert, Healthray and Medixcel at Advanced level and Softcure at Basic level. Check the directory for the current list and expiry dates.
Is a NABH-certified HMS required for hospital accreditation?
No. NABH accredits hospitals on their own evidence. Certified software can make the evidence easier; many accredited hospitals run software that is NABH-ready rather than certified.
Which HMS vendors publish prices?
Insta HMS publishes per-user pricing. Softcure, Medixcel, Birlamedisoft, MocDoc and Halemind have listed prices on IndiaMART or Techjockey. Most others quote on request.
Is MedCore HMS NABH-certified?
No. It is NABH-ready with a compliance kit mapped to the standards. We say so plainly and will publish a certificate ID when we hold one.
